Citromail and Freemail mailboxes
Dear Customers! For those of you using citromail or freemail mailbox service, please change your e-mail address, as there may be a delay in the delivery of your e-mails. Thank you for your understanding!
Inactivate user account
Dear Partners!
User accounts that do not receive an order in our Shopping Area for 30 days will be automatically suspended. Purchases will only be possible after the account has been reactivated. To reactivate your account, please send an email to vasarter@dunavirag.hu.

Registration procedure
Clicking on the "profile" icon in the top right corner will bring up a window where you can select "Register" next to "FAQ" and "Login".
Once you have filled in the required information, our customer service will process your registration within 72 hours.
If your business is alive and all the data is filled in correctly, we will authorise the registration and will send you an automatic e-mail.
You will then be able to use your profile and shop on the Fairgrounds.
ONLY BUSINESSES CAN BUY FROM US!

Allow us to share with you some useful and important information about using the Fairground.
Orders placed on the fairground are processed in chronological order. Orders received after the Dunavirág Centre closes will only be processed on the next working day.
We will send you an automatic reply by e-mail about the acceptance of your order and the items you have ordered.
When placing your order, please note that our staff can process and dispatch your order during opening hours. This takes time, so orders placed on Sundays and public holidays cannot be collected by the next working day. In such cases, it is advisable to call the pots and cuttings department to find out when you can collect your order.
Our deliveries by county are as follows:
Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén: Monday, Thursday
Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg: Monday, Thursday
Heves: Monday, Thursday
Somogy: Monday or Friday
Hajdú-Bihar: Monday, Thursday
Veszprém: Monday, Wednesday or Tuesday, Friday
Vas: Monday, Wednesday
If you would like to request a different delivery time, please indicate your preferred time in the comment field and our staff will contact you by phone.
Delivery tariffs from 01.12.2021, above HUF 50,000 order value (potted + cut + bells together!):
There is no delivery charge for the partners of the Dunavirág More than Flowers Affiliate Network!
Budapest and Pest county: free of charge
Outside Pest county up to 100 km: 5.000.- HUF
Outside Pest county between 100 and 200 km: 15.000.- HUF (over 200 thousand ft order value 10.000.- HUF)
Outside Pest county over 200 km: 25. 000.- HUF (over 200 thousand ft order value 20.000.- HUF)
If the value of your shopping cart does not exceed HUF 50,000, but you would like to have the products delivered for a surcharge, please indicate this in the comment field and our staff will contact you.
If you do not make a purchase on the fairground for 30 days after your registration, your account will be automatically deactivated and you will only be able to place another order after a new registration. In this case, please contact our Customer Service.

Cart product reservation function
The new feature helps you to keep the quantity you put in the basket for 20 minutes.
When the reservation period expires, the product will not be removed from the cart, but someone else can place an order for that quantity.
The function warns you 5 minutes before the time expires to place your order as soon as possible.
Suggested use: place a separate order for the products that are less in stock, or are the most important for you to purchase, and then order the everyday products that are usually always in stock.
